There is a warm oven in one of the dining areas with fresh tortillas being rolled and made just before they go on the table. It does not get any more authentic than this. Check out some of the photos of the fresh tortillas being made below.

Absolutely Delicious! Here is a entree we ordered which was a Vegatarian Special which included a chille rellenos, cheese enchilada, and fresh cheese quesadillas. Downtown Rosarito MexicoLocated 3 blocks North of the Festival Plaza Hotel on Boulevard Juarez (the main road in the city) Rosarito has 4 exits from the toll road. Any exit will take you directly to Boulevard Juarez which runs smack down the middle of town from beginning to end.
